By accessing or using joego.shop (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms are between you and FiF Innovations, LLC ("JoeGo", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Site.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

3. Pre-Launch Nature of the Site

JoeGo is currently a pre-launch product. The Site is provided for informational purposes and to collect interest from potential customers. Product availability, pricing, features, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Signing up for launch notifications does not constitute a purchase or reservation.

4. Pre-Orders and Payments

When pre-orders or purchases become available on the Site, the following terms apply:

• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.
• Pre-order charges may be collected at the time of order or at shipment, as indicated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue full refunds at our discretion.

5. Refund Policy

For pre-orders: You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order ships by contacting us at [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. For physical products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the JoeGo™ trademark — is the property of FiF Innovations, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIF INNOVATIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FiF Innovations, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
